Submissions > Short Paper/Poster Submission Instructions

Note: The Short paper presentation and publication format has been enhanced, so please read the following instructions carefully.

We welcome short paper submissions describing late-breaking findings, work-in-progress and burning-issues. Short papers will be refereed. Accepted short papers will be selected for oral presentation or poster presentation by the program committee. In either case, at least one author must be registered for and attend the conference to present the paper or poster.

Short paper submissions must be made online via uxTV2008's CMT (Conference Management Service).

Short paper submissions should be prepared using an ACM SIG Proceedings Template.  Submissions must be in PDF format.

The page limit for short paper submissions is 4 pages. The uxTV 2008 conference will not use blind review, so please include authors' names and affiliations on your submission.

Posters

Authors of short papers accepted for poster presentation should prepare a poster fulfilling the following requirements:

Posters will be mounted along the back walls of the 3 meeting rooms Saturn, Mercury, and Jupiter. Posters will be discussed during a 1 ¼ hour special lunch session on the 24th October, where attendees have the chance to discuss the posters with their authors.
